Fees and payment arrangements are fully discussed at the consultation appointment. Usually we request an initial fee when treatment begins. The remainder is divided into monthly payments for the duration of treatment. Special arrangements can be made.

We process all valid forms of insurance and accept Visa, MasterCard, debit card, and automatic check debit. Third-party financing is available for those who are seeking extended payment periods or to avoid an initial payment.
